Description
Responsibilities:
• Construct and/or install miscellaneous metals
• Perform rough and finished carpentry
• Install doors and windows
• Install/apply building finishes
• Construct and/or install building specialties
• Erect equipment
• Install incidental concrete items such as rebar, sleeves, anchor bolts, etc.
• Perform layout, line and grade (elevation)
• Pour and finish cement
• Strip and set concrete forms
• Install sheet piling
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Physical Requirements:
• Good Safety knowledge and skills
• Blueprint reading
• Transit & level
• Proper use and maintenance of power and hand tools
• Welding
• Crane signals
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to recognize potentially dangerous situations by sight and sound
• Perform other construction duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications Required at Time of Application:
Three years trade related experience or apprentice program graduate or other equivalent education and experience. Ability to occasionally lift 100#, climb and work at 30' heights, ability to travel up to 300 miles and stay overnight 3-4 days per week.
