Description
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Marshfield.  You will be responsible for administrative work of considerable responsibility and complexity.  Your job will entail working to assist multiple departments in a general office setting.  You will have responsibilities pertaining to front desk operations, yard and equipment operations, human resources, fabrication, safety, and general office.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile and accurately enter data for safety, operations, human resources, and fabrication shop
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Assist with DOT compliance
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Manage mail and UPS
  • Manage office supplies
  • Coordinate employee training
  • Coordinate and execute employee appreciation events
  • Coordinate meetings as needed
  • Assist with employee onboarding
  • Administer carpentry apprenticeship program
  • Answer phone and greet visitors
  • Provide general office support
  • Update safety forms and safety websites
  • Administer drug testing program
  • Fabrication inventory management

Minimum Qualifications Required at time of Application:
  • Associate degree preferred
  • DOT compliance experience preferred
  • Prior HR experience desired
  • 5 years of related experience

Job Type: Full time (40 hours/week)
